The fifth and sixth trumpets bring some of Revelation's most vivid and terrifying imagery — locusts from the abyss, an army beyond counting, plagues that devastate. And yet, at the end of it all, those who remain refuse to repent. This message confronts us with the sobering reality that judgment, even in its most striking forms, doesn't automatically produce transformation. Only grace does that. The woe trumpets remind us why the gospel matters — and why the mission of the church is urgent.
